TERRIBLE!! I will NEVER take my child here again. He was seen on a Thursday for possible Strep Throat & was given Amoxicillin. I told the doctor that my Husband was allergic to Amoxicillin & I worried about my Son having an allergy. She said that if he had an allergic reaction to call the office & she would call in another antibiotic. Well, by Sunday he had bumps & was in fact having an allergic reaction to the medication. I brought my son who was born 3 months early to her she is great when it comes to emergency situations but they have a bad habit of misdiagnosing. we was sent to Dallas one night for a hernia my son didnt have. then from October to December my son was sick and never got bettee and when I would approach them about RSV they blew me off. finally I took him to the er in another town and they admitted him he had pnemonia and RSV and I had just seen dr barclays office about him and it was called ALLERGIES. My son has been a patient of Dr Barclay since he was 2. He is now 14 and due to the change in policy his great grandma cannot come to the exam room with us. She has raised us both and not letting her come when his is ill or injured is a slap in the face to her. Their exam rooms come equipped with 2 chairs and an exam table as well as a stool for the physician. Why provide seating for two and post signs that say Due to the small size ifnour exam rooms, ONLY THE PARENT/GUARDIANS, CHILD BEING SEEN AND THE PHYSICIAN are allowed ... read more
I LOVE Dr. Sherri! She is so personable and loving! We feel like we can talk to her about anything! I too have problems with the staff at the front. Not sure why I have to fill out the same paperwork EVERY time and its about my delivery. We have done it 4 times now!
I have two small boys and each one of them has been going to Jordans Place since they were born! I would not change this for the world!! I love the staff at Jordans Place. They are welcoming and wonderful with children! Dr. Sherri is amazing and can always make the worst day seem bright. I believe God sent them into my life for a reason and I thank him for that.
Dr. Sherri is a great doctor. She is very patient and she will listen to what you have to say. Dr. Barclay has treated my child with much care and affection. The only bad thing about Jordans Place Pediatrics is the service of the receptionists. The receptionists are rude and careless.
