Barclay's customer service team went above and beyond to make me happy even though I caused the issue. I tried cleaning my clogged sink faucet sprayer with vinegar and it ruined the finish. I called Barclay to see if I could order a replacement part. I dealt with a young woman named Caroline, who was very kind and professional. A couple of days later, at no cost to me, a new faucet sprayer arrived on my front porch, and now my fixture looks beautiful again. Thank you Barclay team!

Her patience, professionalism and product knowledge quickly put me at ease and expedited product shipping. She handled my questions and solved the problem others seemed reluctant to tackle. Purchased a polished brass shower enclosure and faucet unit for a claw foot tub. It wasn’t cheap!! It arrived with no instructions and there was also no attachment for the riser to the faucet unit. Now I have to get someone to come figure out how to make it work without pushing the riser out when the shower is turned on. I shouldn’t have to jerryrig something because this company can’t send out the correct parts or instructions. You need to do better!!!
Purchased a Barclay acrylic tub through a local bath supplier. The tub arrived cracked and had clearly been damaged during shipping. Multiple calls were made to Barclay with no answer. The local supplier reached out to their Barclay representative and Barclay would only offer a discounted price for a second tub. Their written guarantee online is completely misleading. I worked with Maria today and it was very pleasant. We found and fixed my product and issue very easily. She had me go on the site and make sure it was my product and then sent me an email immediately that my product was being sent tomorrow. I would definitely work with Barclay again in the future! - Especially if I work with more employees like Maria :)
