Cool place to live if you like the building manager ( and other maintenance staff )to use his key to enter your apartment without any notice. Ants - second hand smoke , weird exhaust smells , building is sinking - ceiling in laundry tool falling down. Then little one of the manager group is a bully, misogynistic, Rude & aggressive.
Love it close to everything and very friendly and caring and clean. I enjoy it thoroughly here.
Quick responses re repair requests. All managed. Beautiful setting amongst Ponderosa Pine trees. Love the seasonal changes in landscaping and pride displayed in creating a colourful setting. I feel safe here, friendly, cooperative residents. Can use my walker to access close shopping, dining out opportunities. So pleased to have moved here!
