I had made a reservation for 7pm. When I arrived just before 7pm there was a queue of well over 30 people all with reservations waiting to even speak to someone and every other table was full. It was clear they had more than double booked. When eventually I got to speak to someone after 15mins they were barely apologetic, said they had no idea how long we would have to wait still and when I asked how it was possible they had overbooked so badly she replied: “we have good food”. Recommendeddont go on a holiday.had reservations had to wait about 2 hours. food was not as expected. we have heard amazing things about this place and feel like we didnt get the experience we would on a regular day. whoever handled the reservations did a poor job. A lot was rushed and not the right temp when we got it. The place is beautiful and had great options, it just wasn't handled as it should have been tonight.
