Constant waster shutoffs, the neighborhood is boring, nosy passive aggressive neighbors that'll call police or the HOA instead of talking to you, and a HOA that won't even let you put bikes on your own balcony. Homeowners costs went up due to two fires I had nothing to do with but I have to foot the bill can't wait to leave.
My car, a 2008 Kia Sportage, was vandalized TWICE, last November and last week, in my assigned parking space at Barcelona Manor Condominiums mind you, by cat converter thieves, and this dump's HOA management could care less. Partial reimbursement from the HOA for repair costs and tow? Not A Chance! Nice part of Tucson, but a dump nevertheless. Community should be gated but the HOA is too cheap. Place isn't safe.
