Be very careful renting at Barcelona. Our building had a roof leak in June 2022. The roof leak caused damage in our 3rd floor apartment' ceiling. It was reported immediately. We just moved out today and the damage has never been fixed. My computer was damaged and there was evidence of mold. I moved to Barcelona in September 2015. Things were ok for 3 years. In October 2019 the air handler motor of my a/c stopped working. Maintenance brought one from a vacant apartment. Within a month I developed skin lesions and not feeling great. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease but kept getting sicker, heart palpitations etc. One day I noticed black mold on the ceiling and walls coming from the air handler closet.
