My husband and I visited for the first time on Sunday - Valentine's Day - after an LSU softball game. We'd heard great things about the restaurant, and we were not disappointed in the food! Burger was great, pulled pork grilled cheese was amazing, and the fries were to die for!!! Food came out fairly quickly, which was expected since there were only 2 other tables when we were seated. Environment is great. Food is awesome. Music was way too loud to enjoy conversation.
Good place to watch a game and play video games during the breaks! Trivia Night is fun as well. Food is good, but not great. Service is above average.

Great place to hang out for game days- fun atmosphere and awesome food. Much better than what you'd expect to come out of the kitchen at your typical bar.
This is our 3rd time to Barcadia and we have enjoyed it to this point. I don't know what happened today but it was a bad experience. We ordered French toast and waited over 40 minutes for it. Everyone had finished their food and plates were being cleared and my French toast still hadn't been brought out. Another friend waited 25 minutes for a hamburger and it was overcooked and the fries were cold. They brought "new" fries, but it was obvious they were only heated up in the microwave. Went on a busier night when it first opened. Food doesn't seem worth price and drinks are average drink prices. Games were always busy with lines of people and seemed near impossible to navigate around the crowd. Plus it was pretty loud due to the amount of people in the small space. Will maybe go back on a slower night and update this.
Wonderful place to hang out before and after LSU games.
