The employee doesn’t know about how to work is done… I go this place near about 6:20 …I am extremely disappointed… the service was so poor …my wrap is half cooked … the worst wrap I have ever had … the wrap fell apart immediately when I open …. Total waste of money
A terrible experience going to this restaurant. We ordered 2 burritos and 2 kids tacos. There were two workers when we entered, no other customers. The employee proceeded to tell us “just 1 minute” and restocked every item while we stood there watching (they were not even empty). It took about 5 minutes… and finally she started making our food.. very, very slowly. The other worker did nothing to assist in getting our order ready. My wife and I had an AWFUL experience at this BarBurrito. Went in last night, I ordered extreme fries and she had a pulled pork burrito bowl. I should’ve trusted my first reaction to seeing the gnarly dried out queso the server put onto my fries and got the hell out of there. Unfortunately we made the mistake of eating the food anyways. The lettuce and cilantro was all wilted and possibly rotting, and like I mentioned before the queso was all dried, congealed and clumpy. I have ordered from here so many times that I cant even count. Normally id give a 5/5 as it really is delicious. However, i ordered my usual and it was so spicy (I only get 2 dots) that I cant even eat it. After 3 bites i had to toss it as my mouth was on fire. Not even a glass of milk with dinner helped. I feel like I completely wasted $20
