Worst store to visit employees don’t put extra sauce even after asking to pay them more; would never visit again and also tell friends to never visit again also HEENAL was the server who just made it worse for making burrito bowl; I asked for twisted shrimps and she made bang bang shrimps; silly mistakes wouldn’t visit again and also recommend franchise to take back the ownership please and thank you

Lazy staff at location took my money and was too lazy to make it. I had ordered online at 8:22pm and my order went through and the money was taken from my bank account. When I went in at 8:30pm (closes at 9pm) they were clearly still open and taking orders. I asked about my order and the lady said she wont make it because online orders close at 8:20pm however my order went through on the app and money was taken from my bank.
