I dont know what it is about this franchise in Red Deer. But they can't organize their stock to do gluten free. Very incompetent owners? Staff can barely speak English. Absolute disgrace to the franchise.
I’ve been coming to this place for years and recently the quality and the service have gone down the hole. Today Saturday June 20th the employee working all by herself did not know what she was doing in the slightest. I had the 3 tacos that the tortillas were somehow charred and raw at the same time, she had no idea who to build the taco with what ingredients first. Although the atmosphere and service was good I found the portions severely lacking. I ordered the quesadilla and got a small amount of cheese and 2 small scoops of pulled pork. I find this a shame seeing as I have been to other locations and they have been far more generous with their portions. Doubt i will come back to this location again.
"Great food and excellent service! The burrito was fresh, packed with flavor, and loaded with generous portions. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was made exactly how I ordered it. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a quick meal. I'll be coming back again!"
