I visited this establishment and ordered burritos bowls. As we began assembling them, I was surprised to learn they were out of lettuce—at 5 PM. Lettuce is a fundamental ingredient in both burritos and bowls, and I was frustrated that I wasn’t informed beforehand. Had I known, I would have gone to another location, but since my bowl was already being made, I didn’t want it to go to waste.
