Customer service was really poor and he was skimping on portions and we asked for crushed chips and he added a very tiny bit and when asked for sauces, he added same sauce to both mine and my partner’s burrito even tho we asked for diff sauces and he didn’t even grill the burritos properly!!

I have been visiting this BarBurrito location for the past three years and usually come here 1–2 times a week since I work at the outlet mall. Today, I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Andaaz. I was on an important phone call and told her I would be ready in one minute, but she repeatedly interrupted me and asked if I was placing an order or picking one up. Me and my cousin passed by late at night (Aug. 10, 2026) and saw it was open and when we went in it was right at closing time (we did not intend on coming right at closing) we said we were ok leaving but the very kind lady kept on insisting that she would serve us! She even went as far as bringing out stuff she had already cleaned up! God bless this lady for her kindness serving us!
