Our family's favorite stop on the way up north.
I arrived just before 8:45pm to find they had already closed shop (even though the sign said open until 9pm). I could still see the workers inside milling around, but they had already shut everything down and pulled the gates closed around their shop. I had gotten off the highway specifically to stop here to grab a late dinner, so I was very disappointed that they had closed approx 20mins early! Very good service, the workers were very knowledgeable and friendly and kept track of everyone's orders very well. Clearly good training and good customer service, and the food was pretty good for a fast food place. Also, staff recognises repeat customers which is just nice. Usually I wouldn't risk ordering shrimp at a place like this but the shrimp here is actually pretty okay (if you're okay with deep fried shrimp). Amazing place to have a meal after spending a weekend around campfires.
