Two women working at 5:40 today were extremely rude and so skimpy on the ingredients. I had to ask multiple times to get more vegetables, they put like 3 green peppers. The one taller lady was snippy and rude and has no customer service skills. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I am extremely disappointed in their treatment of customers and attitude. You’ve lost a customer.
We made a quick stop on our way to this spot. Fabulous service and outstanding delicious food. Restaurant was very clean and organized. Nidhi was above and beyond with the delivering the exceptional service . Suggesting the best all available options. She made our order very perfect and made our day. Veggies and meat all were fresh and perfectly cooked. Now whenever we will be in area we will stop by to the same spot.
I love Barburrito. Staff at both Stratford locations are great. Good here is always very filling for me.
This was my first barburrito experience a few weeks ago and it was amazing. I went to a different one on St Clair in Toronto I believe and it was not up to snuff. Came back to this one today and it's perfect. Nadej I think her name is is a master at her job, I'd say promote her but she makes the food too good lol. Maybe put her in charge of regional hiring and training or something cause she really knows her stuff. Got three tacos spicy chicken and ground beef, all were amazing.
