If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. The service I received, or rather, didn’t receive, was frustrating. I came in on Thursday, September 24th, around 8:40 p.m., while all of the eateries were still open, and asked for a quesadilla. There were two young women working there. The one serving me squinted at me after my request and said, “WHAT?” I repeated my request, and she said “What?” again, still squinting at me in a way that appeared very condescending. We had a wonderful experience at Barburrito thanks to Palak! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our visit. She took the time to answer our questions, made sure our order was prepared just the way we wanted, and served us with a genuine smile. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. The food was great . Thank you, Palak, for making our visit so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!
