Horrible customer service. Completely confused our order and they made no efforts to fix their mistake. I told the employee, our daughter wouldn’t be able to eat it bc there were supposed to be different toppings on it and she was allergic. Employee didn’t even apologize or attempt to resolve his mistake, just said “oh.” Charged us extra for toppings we didn’t even want and we ended up having to dispose of half the order due to allergy. Absolutely would not recommend. Got a burrito bowl and the portion size was laughable like half of the bowl was missing. Would give a 0/5 if I could
The food is mediocre at best and pricey. I tried their burritos before, but I didn't really like that they don't have sweet potato like other burrito restaurants I've been to.
