Called up to get a bouquet for my wife for her birthday, to be delivered to her work. Everything went fine until I was quoted $81 and ended up being charged $96? What’s the extra $ for?

We ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother in law’s birthday. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The arrangement lasted for about 2 weeks as several buds continued to open. Barb was so nice when I placed the order. I had to call on the day of delivery to update the delivery instructions and even though she was short staffed that day she was still so sweet! Big thanks for the birthday flowers and excellent customer service!
