I've shopped at your parts store since my father first dragged me in as a child. Now I"m a senior citizen and I've taught my sons where to shop. I came into your Portsmouth store on 4/12, at 2:30pm, only 1 customer was at the counter and I saw 3 employees behind the counter. I sat on a stool for at least 7 minutes with no assistance offered to me. No one acknowledge me nor did anyone was kind enough to say they'd be with me shortly.
