Had a good experience with Vivian doing my builder gel. When it came time 2 weeks later to have it removed Vivian wasn’t there. Qing used a rotary tool to remove, no soaking in acetone foil wraps. She literally took layers of my nails off. Took three weeks for sensitivity to go away. My nails look horrible !! I hope they eventually heal completely.

Service was okay. Parking lot was very confusing to find and employee wasn’t able to give me the right direction, due to the language barrier. Parking is at the back next to the car wash , very compact space and still needed to walk all the way around to the nail salon.Got gel x with xs small length and the employee gave a me look on when I picked xs small . My gel x nails looked thick especially my thumbnail but have a good selection on gel colors. I have small and skinny fingers so you can easily tell. My regular pedicure ... read more

Grouponer, first time at this place. There is parking in the back but they keep the door locked so you have to walk to the front. While getting a mani/pedi, the lady turned my hand to color my thumb, my pinky nail got wiped off onto the mat. I told her immediately so she could go over it one time. She said "it's fine, I'll fix it with the top coat." It didn't get fixed and there are 2 streaks on my coat. Really great service. They are very clean and orderly. They make sure you're okay with extra fees for detailed work before continuing... there's no suprise cost in the end. Would definitely come back again.
