Words cannot describe how much we are going to miss Dr. Norman. We had to move out of our network and one of the things I said was “I’m gonna miss her.” She is kind, caring and compassionate. She would come in and state what we went over last appointment and what was expected next. She made us feel at ease since we are first time parents. She is absolutely wonderful. We recommend her.
Dr. Norman is personable. Her passion for what she does extends beyond the walls of Kaiser Permanente. To fly from California to Texas and care for Children and young adults with special needs at Camp, is simply amazing. Thank you for allowing parents like my husband and me time to regroup, because we knew we were leaving our daughter in excellent hands!
