I am writing this to warn other families about the unprofessional environment at this clinic. My interaction with Nurse Practitioner Barbie Brunet was incredibly unpleasant. She proved to be highly argumentative and difficult, even escalating a disagreement right in front of children. Extremely disappointed with the level of care at this facility. We waited for hours in the waiting room, only for the Nurse Practitioner to attempt a diagnosis for my child without running any tests. Her attitude was highly unprofessional and lacking in basic empathy. I do not recommend this provider if you are looking for thorough, respectful medical care for your children, search elsewhere.

I went here today as a new patient. My appointment was at 9:05 a.m. upon arrival I was told that the doctor that I was supposed to see was not there. I was asked if I wanted to see the other doctor which I was fine with that. But was not told that I would be stuck waiting for a very long time to be able to see someone. After 45 minutes of nothing.
