My relatives were looking into purchasing a house but they spotted some pretty expensive repairs that had been ignored by the owner for many months. These real estate agents were not being very diligent and sternly put that there would be no further repairs made to the house (septic needed maintenance and the well likely needed a multi-thousand dollar repair).
