I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Nova. Every time I’ve been in the shop, he’s been welcoming, professional, and respectful. He makes a point to greet people and creates a comfortable environment for everyone who comes in. He does great work, but what really stands out to me is how he handles being a manager. Each barber is friendly and respectful. Nova is top notch! He is personable, listens, makes me feel heard, and respected. It’s hard to find “your” barber and glad we find him. The decor is nice and they’re constantly cleaning. It’s inside of Walmart so there is plenty of lighting and you can do your shopping when you’re done.
Nova is very rude and condescending when answering the phone it’s not the first or second time he’s done this. So unprofessional. Don’t recommend this place. Dirty they don’t clean their clippers they also don’t clean the shop. I saw a mouse in there once.
