Terribly run shop. I walked in and asked if they accepted walk-ins. They mumbled something that I could barely hear, but apparently the answer was yes. I sat down to wait, and there were two people ahead of me. The two people who arrived before me were called back in order, which was completely fine. you guys need to get new barbers, this is my 3rd straight bad experience, and now i got charged 50 dollars for the exact same haircut if not worse than the one i’ve got the past 3 times, then i walk in the barbershop at 4:55 and I don’t get seated until almost an entire hour later, and there is barbers sitting there on their phones and just walking out, then the haircut took an hour and a half, and to top my experience with this place off, i’m cut all over the place, the barber was rushing so much that the entire back of my ... read more
Horrible customer service i sat in the lobby for over 30 mins and there were chairs open and I was just looked at, NEVER COME HERE!
Overall experience was quite awful. Barber who cut my hair didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I have the worst and patchy looking haircut I have ever received. It’s non symmetrical and way too short on one side. He seemed to rush the haircut because the shop was closing in an hour. Then he charged me 40.00 (10.00 higher than the last time I went there for the same haircut). I don’t know if I will ever go back
