I came in today for an appointment I booked an hour prior, and when I came in, three of the guys were sitting on their phones when I walked in and not seeing a client. I waited for 15 mins for the person who they said would cut my hair, Lucio, to finish his previous appointment while the others had nothing to do. I noticed that the one female barber walked around the room asking the clients if they wanted a water or a beer, and she did not even ask me or look at me. That was ridiculous.
