Booked an appointment for a haircut and beard trim with a barber named Amadeo at 11:00. I showed up early at 10:50 and wasn't surprised when he had another client in his chair so I sat and waited in the hall. I waited until 11:30 and then had to leave. According to the scheduling a haircut and beard trim should take an hour and he had the other guy in his chair for at least 40 minutes minimum, and that guy didn't have a beard. I’m new to the area and wanted to find a good barber who could do a quality beard trim. I’m pretty picky with finding new barbers, so after seeing the strong reviews here, I decided to book an appointment with the owner specifically. When I arrived, I was told I’d be assigned to someone else because the owner was tied up. I wish that had been communicated ahead of time, since I chose my appointment based on the barber.
