This is the most unfriendly and unprofessional government regulator in the entire state. The website is a nightmare, the staff is aloof and rude when you do get a chance to talk to them. God forbid you get cited!!! If you do, prepare to pay!!!!

I have emailed and called multiple times and get vague answers. I cannot renew or login . Says they can not find me by license or social security number. I just wish someone would answer the dang phone. Horrible customer experience

Good day. My name is Victoria. I have a valid Electrolysis license in the state of Florida. I also completed 340 hours of training at an accredited school and have a certificate of completion. I also passed the city exam to get my license. I have been a laser hair removal specialist for three years. How can I get a license to work in laser hair removal in North Carolina?
