Everyone in the office is always so helpful and friendly! I always have to get help from them each year when renewing my husbands Barber license . I always forget my login information each year and they are so nice helping me! I think after 25 years of doing this they expect me to call each year now! Thanks for being so great #NCbarberboard
Terrible terrible terrible customer service! They never answer the phone no matter what time of the day it is, and then get upset with you for trying to go up to the office and talk to them they won’t even open the door for you they will aggressively talk with force through the door telling you you are not allowed. So how am I supposed to get in contact with anybody about any questions if I can go up there to talk face to face nor they won’t answer any phones calls this is unacceptable the nc state board should go to this of... read more
Been able to renew each year successfully. Anytime that I had any issues they would respond promptly to my emails with solutions. Great staff. Been renewing barber license since 2015 and since then they've been really good about helping if I ever needed to reach out for guidance.
Lotonya Henson does not answer the phone , simple like it’s 10am in the morning! People out here trying to get that paper work after 1528 of school and can’t cause u want pick up like dang ,
This is the most unfriendly and unprofessional government regulator in the entire state. The website is a nightmare, the staff is aloof and rude when you do get a chance to talk to them. God forbid you get cited!!! If you do, prepare to pay!!!!
