if i could give negative stars...i would! The worst mgmt company in the tri state area! stay far away, take this as a warning...if you see BRM on your lease agreement, run and run fast!
I live in one of the buildings handled by BRM development. One of the worst managements ever. It is very tough to get on call with the office and building managers. They do not respond over mails promptly. They try to extract money as much as they can by applying unrealistic conditions on the fly. I had a leakage issue in the unit, it has been more than a month that they are yet to solve it. If you plan to rent a unit with this management, I would suggest you to be careful as I have bad experience with them.
Worst experience dealing with the management here. I rented the apartment this year only in Jersey City and I would never recommend renting building managed by them. My Experience so Far: was handed over the apartment without basic cleaning and paint work done after the last tenant moved out. Dishwasher broke within first week of renting and took them more than 2 months to resolve the issue. I've lived at Park Towers for 14 years and can tell you personally that you'll never find a better building, super, landlord and management company. The Apts in this building are HUGE and some (like mine) boast beautiful balconies with amazing views of sunsets and sunrises. The building itself is very well kept and maintained by the super and porters. We have a great doorman and package room which makes coming home and finding your deliveries easy. Lewis and this management team have been my landlords/management for the past 10 years. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Very cooperative and understanding throughout and always willing to work things through. Thanks for everything Lewis, it has been a pleasure, going to miss you!
