Worst experience dealing with the management here. I rented the apartment this year only in Jersey City and I would never recommend renting building managed by them. My Experience so Far: was handed over the apartment without basic cleaning and paint work done after the last tenant moved out. Dishwasher broke within first week of renting and took them more than 2 months to resolve the issue. I've lived at Park Towers for 14 years and can tell you personally that you'll never find a better building, super, landlord and management company. The Apts in this building are HUGE and some (like mine) boast beautiful balconies with amazing views of sunsets and sunrises. The building itself is very well kept and maintained by the super and porters. We have a great doorman and package room which makes coming home and finding your deliveries easy. Living for 10 years in 4800 14 Ave was a pleasure, always clean and neat. the super Derwent is something exceptional every morning when I walk out from my apartment the building is freshly cleaned the chutes rooms are consistently emptied a few times a day, always available to fix whatever I need, No wonder the demand for apartments her are so big!!. (He really deserves a raise on his pay). Thanks Lewis for giving me the opportunity.
Any time I've spoken or emailed with Deborah, Tracie, Tracy and Gina, I have always been treated with kindness, patience and respect. And the super of my building, Elmer and the rest of the maintenance staff are really helpful and sweet. I stay in my building because of them.
