Just like the other reviews THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Applied & got declined, not the problem! I was told I would get my $400 back & it’s been almost a month. I have been calling for almost a week and no answer. Everytime I get an answer the property manger isn’t there. This place is a complete joke & I will be suing them.

Do not waste your time applying at this complex. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. First of all, you'll be lucky to get in touch with anyone by phone. They have you fill out an application online, pay a non-refundable $75 application fee, and then ask for you to pay a refundable $400 move in fee for "keys" before you even speak to anyone. Wow, so many bad things to say. It’s sad that once Jen, leasing agent, seen the color of our skin, she no longer wanted to give my children and I the apartment. Jen told my family we were approved over the phone. Everything was done over the phone and great! Until Jen seen us in person. Anytime I asked a question to Jen it was “I already told your mother this.” My mother was also looking at the apartment with us. Again, until Jen saw my skin color along with my mothers.
