Yikes. Usually love Barberitos Bowls but this one was so skimpy I felt compelled to leave this one-star review. Before tax this was almost $14. What a joke. Definitely not doing this again. edit: Mark, I emailed you at the address you provided over 10 days ago and have only heard crickets. At this point I am going to assume the public offer to amend things was only an effort to save face than to earn back my faith as a customer. Really nice restaurant overall
The food was amazing, it’s one of the cleanest options for food around, way fresher than places like Chipotle. The employees are extremely nice too, the one with the big beard was extremely kind as well, it’s a nice place to go that’s not too much like a restaurant but also quick and easy.
The team seems unhappy. No greeting. No please / ty. I can handle that but the kitchen line is filthy. The fryer oil is dark and the fryer is covered in grease buildup. The floors had debris all over them. Walls were also not clean. The team member who served me had a beverage and her phone on the cutting board. Great brand just not a great location.
