The haircut didn’t match what I asked for, and it looked rushed. I pointed out a few issues before leaving, but they weren’t handled professionally. I expected much better attention to detail based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I left disappointed.

★☆☆☆☆ I expected a welcoming atmosphere, but the experience was disappointing. The staff came across as dismissive, and interactions with both management and the owner felt unprofessional. I left feeling like customer service wasn’t a priority. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

I have been going here for two years now. My barber's name is Axcel. He does great bread shape ups and haircuts including a spa-like treatment. There were about four times where I went elsewhere because I like trying out new places but I run back to Axcel. He does not disappoint. On top of that, the place is clean, fresh and modern. Worth going here, no doubt!
