The rent was cheap for the area but maintenance was unresponsive and incompetent. They also stole a few hundred if my security deposit with bogus charges which includes toilet seat replacement, light bulb replacement, inspection charge, and blind repair. The toilet seat was not damaged, I installed new light bulbs, and blinds were immaculate.
