:( i never got my clippers back , i dropped them off , he said he had to order parts to fix it and that it would take about 2 weeks, he said he would call , he never did , I'm so disappointed of this place at least i didn't pay ahead of time
Never open, doesn’t pick up the phone and when I finally dropped off my shaver for maintenance, he lost them and I never got them back to make up for it he gave me a shaver that wasn’t even mine haha. This guy is unorganized and does not know the first thing about running a business and needs to reevaluate himself. I HIGHLY urge to NOT come here you will be dissatisfied
Took my clippers in to get sharpen, they gave me the wrong clippers back, had to order another clipper, made the owner pay for the new ones. I NEVER WENT BACK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great customer service, very clean place and the owner has multiple services. He has alway taken care of any issue with my barbering tools. Highly recommend!
