I have been to many barber shops in Ann Arbor over the years and finally, we have found our go to spot. I took two of my boys to see Jacob, and they both have extremely different hair types and personalities. Jacob not only gave both of them their best haircuts to date, but also made each of them feel comfortable and well taken care of. He went above and beyond for my eight year old and wrapped his face in a hot towel because he had terrible allergies that day. Jacob, thanks- you're the best! See you in a couple months!

Unprofessional staff that answers the phone. I called to change my appointment time within the hour of my appointment. Given I knew the risk of cancellation cost, I wanted to see if it was possible to change my time to later the same day (30-60 mins later). She said yes and quickly proceed to say just book online and I’ll select “no show” and the hung up. I immediately got charged $35 and then when I tried called again they seemed to avoid the calls.
