Went here for the first time and it was probably the best haircut I ever got. Sharrief was very thorough and friendly and I will certainly be going back in the future.
A very cozy, non descript place. Welcoming and inviting. Shariff and Dylan are on top of their game, just going about their business and doing amazing work. I haven't had a true haircut in 11 years and walked out feeling great. Do NOT sleep on these boys!
Sheriff is so fake. I have known him for a year or so. In the beginning, he welcomes you with a big smile and kind words, but after that, the quality of service drops significantly. He treats customers differently based on their social status. If you're dressed well and drive an expensive car, you'll receive much better service than, for example, an international student attending UB. I had an excellent experience at Barber Shop Artistry .From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The shop was clean, organized, and had a relaxed vibe. I urgently needed a haircut and called the shop. The owner was able to squeeze me into their schedule. I had a terrible experience with a barber back home, and he even gave me advice on how to treat a breakout! This barber definitely had amazing customer service. I wish the business owner much success in his business. The location is great! I plan to visit again when I stop in Buffalo.
