Came in for a medium skin fade and they left me with a mohawk. Worst high and tight ever with no blending whatsoever.
Finshed getting haircut, barber told me I was done with hair still on my face. No clean up! Both barbers acted like they were forced to be there. Not ro mention, when did haircuts become $15? The receptionist was on their phone the entire time!!
Update your hours. They stop seeing their last person 30 minutes before closing time. Walked in on a Monday at 1637. Even though the sign on the door and the Internet says closed at 1700, I was turned away because they stopped seeing their last person at 1630. There also was no line. Not an incredibly large deal, but generally, even though it is inconvenient for staff, if you walk in during business hours you are seen. Main ask would be update your hours.
