Asked for a scissor cut top but the lady used clippers instead. She even had the gall to say "I know you asked for scissor, but don't worry I will use those after I take it down a bit first." Scissors never came out of the drawer. Take your business elsewhere to a place that listens to the customer.

Update your hours. They stop seeing their last person 30 minutes before closing time. Walked in on a Monday at 1637. Even though the sign on the door and the Internet says closed at 1700, I was turned away because they stopped seeing their last person at 1700. There also was no line. Not an incredibly large deal, but generally, even though it is inconvenient for staff, if you walk in during business hours you are seen. Main ask would be update your hours.

The worst haircut I have ever received. The old lady on the left closest to the window is rude, smells like a cigarette, and needs to retire! I asked for a clean up on the top and taper to skin on the sides. Instead she gave me a near buzz cut and an uneven taper. Super sloppy, zero attention to detail, and an excuse for a barber just looking to hurry up for her next smoke break.

I don't know her name, but I stopped getting my haircut there because 75% of the time I would get the lady who's always coming back from her smoke break smelling like she smoked a whole pack of cigarettes.
