For 6 years this place used to be my go-to. Always pleasant customer service and a bang-on job with your hair needs. Unfortunately, the people who used to work there seem to have disappeared, and in their place is a young woman who truly does not know how to cut hair. Oh, she will trim the very tips slowly and tentatively, and will call it a job done, but she will NOT give you the haircut you asked for. Such a regret, another place gone to the dogs. Was just here, worst haircut I've ever gotten, literally asked if he's ever done a fade. Obviously not cause this is brutal, at another shop getting it fixed now.

This is the second so called barber I went to in Parksville looking for a shave. How can you have a barber pole on the outside of your business and not provide a shave? Also, I personally do not trust any business that only accepts cash.

If I could give negative stars I would, first of all this place is so nasty. They don’t clean it at all, the walls are filthy, mirrors are filthy, floors are filthy. It’s a miracle these guys are even able to run! It is so beyond gross. But if you are able to look past that, you are lucky to receive a haircut that will guarantee you look like a clown each time! The guy who works here on Sundays drinks on the job as well, always stinks like alcohol off his breath and can’t listen to directions. Worst barber I have ever been t... read more
