I used William Raevis to find a tenant and manage my property. Well the tenant causes 2600k of damages to the MBR and endangered the closing. Now we’re locked in a battle over the deposit and I’ve had to hire a lawyer. I hired the company to find quality tenants with good reputations. Not scum who damages the MBR in between property inspections. If you value your real estate, don’t rent it. And never allow William Raevis to manage it.

I would never recommend William Raveis Realty to assist with a real estate transaction. I believe that the company misled my wife and I as well as our attorney in connection with a home purchase. We learned this only today when our homeowner’s carrier cancelled our policy because our in-ground pool did not have a fence surrounding it. And when we left multiple voice mail messages and emails seeking help, William Raveis in Southport and the state headquarters in Shelton ignored us.
