Stopped getting oil from them several years ago. Delivery driver left bill in the door. I sent a check paying it in full. Then received another bill in the mail saying I owed an additional $60. I called and said I paid my bill in full and asked why I got another bill. I was told the delivery driver billed me incorrectly and that I owed another $60. I told them I paid the bill in full and it wasn't my fault the driver figured it out wrong. It was the driver's fault, let them eat it. Will never, ever get oil from them again.
Drivers and service men just park were they want and have zero respect. A joke of a company
Girls there are Great! However the Owner is Very Arrogant ! Due to elderly Mother We had a few differences and settled. I tried to do A cash pay and was told no oil delivery to Us! Will never recommend Them to Anyone!
Customer for 23 years. I will go elsewhere after the treatment I received on the phone when I tried to order heating oil.
