I had been seeing Ashley Pesa as a therapist at Barber Mental Health for about 6 months. For the last few months my mental health had been deteriorating at a rapid rate, which she was well aware of. It finally became a crisis. I quit my job and hadn't been able to get out of bed for a few weeks, and as such missed 2 appointments in the spam of a month.
