I had a 10:00 AM appointment. By 10:10 the entire shop was still locked and no one showed up. No message, no call, nothing. Even if the stylist had arrived after that, it would’ve taken additional time just to open and set up. Driving to the mall and back for a no-show is a major inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time It took 40 minutes out of my work day.

One star is generous. I brought two boys in—one got a haircut, the other waited 90 minutes after being told three times ‘you’re next.’ They kept seating others and never cut his hair. I finally had to leave with a disappointed child. If you don’t want repeat family business, just say so. Don’t smile and lie to customers. Poor communication, painfully slow service, and zero accountability. Super disappointed—never coming back. In America, this is NOT how we do business.
