Best place I have ever lived. The staff actually cares and isnt just looking for the rent check. I live in a twin plex with carport and basement. I have a brand new bathroom, carpet, and fresh paint. My neighbors are extreamly nice, and couldnt be more helpful. There is plenty of room for children to play outside. The basment is huge and is perfect for a nice size playroom and open enough for a pool table. I toured the townhouses and the twinplex models and was very impressed. The townhouses have a nice porch with privacy fences, spacious kitchen and living room, great closet space, nice bathrooms and great off-street parking. There is lots of yard space for kids to play behind the townhouses. They are also on a cul de sac so theres not a lot of traffic. The twin plexes feel very homey.
