Inspected the condo/townhouse we were purchasing and did not notice the HVAC was leaking. Not only was it leaking, what was coming out was considered ‘sludge’ by the HVAC company we chose. He also missed that the furnace & HVAC need to be replaced. When our Realtor talked to him, when she saw him inspecting a different home, he ‘didn’t remember our inspection’.
