Do NOT use Erica Barber if you want to get actually get a house. She does not return phone calls or text and goes days with out communication. She was our buyers agent and our agent could never get a of her. 1. She scheduled a showing for her clients, didn't show up. Which is annoying in its self, but she proved that is how she behaves. 2.
