I recently purchased what was advertised as a "new" 2024 Bronco from Key Ford in Hazleton. However, I later found out the vehicle had a few thousand miles on it, as it had been used as a service loaner—something that wasn’t clearly explained upfront. We spent nearly the entire day at the dealership (from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) finalizing the purchase. That gentleman went above and beyond for me and my family and was such a nice experience not like many other “sleezy car salesman”. I recently had a situation where I could not drive. They picked up my vehicle. Did all the service plus a lot of extras that I needed and return my vehicle back to helped me out a lot and I really appreciated it.
