I was leary of dealing with Key Ford because they seem to be a large volume type dealership versus a family local dealership. I was very wrong in assuming this! Recently stopped by the Hazleton location to inquire about a possinble trade on lease and into a finance of a new Super Duty pickup. I visited Key Ford Hazelton to check a used car I’m buying, and their service was excellent. The staff was kind, transparent, and explained the car’s issues in detail. They didn’t charge me for the inspection, just asked for a review instead, which shows their focus on great customer care. Highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism!
