We were disappointed with our experience here. We brought our teenager in for counseling and worked with this practice for about a year, hoping for real progress. Instead, we felt sessions focused on drawing out problems without offering concrete strategies or solutions. I called to set up an appointment and had to set an appt for onboarding for a week later. I got a call and the first thing they wanted to know was how I was going to pay. They ran my insurance and it showed valid on their end, however, the girl said she would have to check to see if they accepted it because of a memo that was sent out stating they dont and also if the therapist was willing to see us. This practice hires new therapists working on their certifications, and as soon as you start getting comfortable and making progress they leave and you have to start over. This happens because their providers don't have benefits and they aren't paid enough, so they leave the moment they can get something better. Also, the furniture is cheap and really uncomfortable. Admin is disorganized and it is frustrating trying to get a new provider when yours leaves.

Dishonest physicians. I was in therapy for 2 months and had two different physicians. My second physician, Adrianne Chapman, had discussed with me about separating due to her lack of knowledge on eating disorders and trauma. I received a call from Physician Health where I was told she gave the reason of me not showing up to appointments instead. I had missed two appointments, and both times were communicated.
