This practice hires new therapists working on their certifications, and as soon as you start getting comfortable and making progress they leave and you have to start over. This happens because their providers don't have benefits and they aren't paid enough, so they leave the moment they can get something better. Also, the furniture is cheap and really uncomfortable. Admin is disorganized and it is frustrating trying to get a new provider when yours leaves.

Dishonest physicians. I was in therapy for 2 months and had two different physicians. My second physician, Adrianne Chapman, had discussed with me about separating due to her lack of knowledge on eating disorders and trauma. I received a call from Physician Health where I was told she gave the reason of me not showing up to appointments instead. I had missed two appointments, and both times were communicated. I have had the privilege of working for BFCW for the past 4.5 years and I cannot say enough good things about this practice! So much thought and intentionality has been put into choosing the best clinicians and leadership to ensure the utmost care for our clients. I am proud to be a part of this team and have no doubt that our clients receive the most ethical, effective, considerate, and caring services.

I've been working with BFCW for several years now and have nothing but positives to say about the team. The leadership is incredibly caring about both clients and staff, and every member of staff is supportive and friendly.
