I have been renting here now for 14 years. Never had any problems . The owners expect the rent to be paid on time, usually at 14 days or so they will lock out the storage units that have not paid . If you read your agreement you also will be charged a fee for that and a fee for any bounced checks or credit cards. I was in to pay one day and some jerk thought it was ok to bounce his debit card and not receive a fee for it so the owner even waved it.
