Terrible customer service. Placed an order and got an e-mail the next day saying they needed an extra $17 to ship the order. As this is very odd, I decided to call to see what the deal was. A man named Kenny picked up, I told him my issue and he IMMEDIATELY cuts me off saying, "well if you would of read the terms and conditions, you would of known this!", in the most condescending way.
