Between being frm transgender, autistic, and someone with curly hair (who's gotten plenty of botched haircuts), I was really nervous just to walk in the door of this place! Z put me at ease immediately, sharing about his process for cutting curly hair. Of course, I couldn't keep on my noise cancelling headphones that I wear everywhere, but Z distracted me with conversation. He was very skillful, and affirmed who I am, and was very friendly overall!
