Staff extremely rude and continually talking over the top of us. Went to buy a fire place that online showed at a discounted/on sale clearly showing that it was the Townsville store but they refused to reduce the store price to the online advertised price. False advertising at its finest. No wonder BBQs Galore is closing down and going broke. Don’t bother wasting your time go somewhere else first.

SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE! The staff were so kind and nice and helpful. Helped us find a very good smoker. Would recommend Traeger if looking for smoker!
Excellent customer service. We purchased an outdoor table but the surface started flaking after around 18 months. They replaced with a new one. Their communication and attitude is fantastic.
