Worst website to navigate. Cant look for products as you can't get past the store locator and when you do get to the store in your area you can't search products as the only options are find or call store.
We had a fantastic experience with Barbeques Galore Townsville! The team were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We purchased a smoker and some high bar stools, and we couldn't be happier with both products and service. It's wonderful to support a family owned franchise where you can see the genuine care they have for their customers. Fantastic service from start to finish - we would highly recommend Arj, Anju & the team and will definitely be back!!
Amazing customer service. Would never shop anywhere else. Very lucky to have them
Staff extremely rude and continually talking over the top of us. Went to buy a fire place that online showed at a discounted/on sale clearly showing that it was the Townsville store but they refused to reduce the store price to the online advertised price. False advertising at its finest. No wonder BBQs Galore is closing down and going broke. Don’t bother wasting your time go somewhere else first.
