Ordered an item from their market place and never heard back one month after the purchase. Contacted their store and they didn't take responsibility of their market place. Emailed them a few times and never heard any update on my order. Contacted the marketplace number during working hours and no one answered. I dont think there will be any worse experience that this.
Staff were very helpful. The courier company they used to deliver our purchases was also excellent.
