I just went o to claim my $250 gift card which I received in December and they are NOT honouring it! I’ve just been told BG has gone into Administration and no wonder it’s has if this is how they run their business. That’s my $250 and you have already pocket cash and can’t manage a business properly!

Give it a miss! Plenty of Australian owned bbq stores around, this is just another big box US chain exemplifying big box customer service! Sadly they have had it so good for so long, customers are now an inconvenience! They forget though that purchasing customers keep the lights on, rent and wages paid… Look elsewhere and hope it’s not your Super Company that has bought into this apathetic mess of a shell with some BBQ’s in it.

Went in today and saw a young lady. I think her name was Jessica. What a breath of fresh air !! Knowledgeable and just happy Really recommend dealing with her.
